Let’s Eat Swiss Tonight: 52 recipes and stories - one for each week of the year! Well-known Swiss dishes (Riz Casimir) and lesser-known regional specialties (Steak Vigneron).
For Swiss and international cooks: Recipes with metric and imperial measurements have been tested many times by me, as well as an independent tester.
A photo for every recipe by the talented Dorian Rollin, styled by Camille Stoos - the same team I worked with for my previous two cookbooks, Swiss Bread and Sweet + Swiss.
