Known as Biscômes, these Swiss French gingerbreads are available throughout the holiday season and especially on December 6 for St. Nicholas Day.
Bake from Scratch in Switzerland
The American magazine, Bake from Scratch, hosted its first-ever Swiss Baking Retreats during the beginning of December in Zurich. I was thrilled to take part!
Altogether, I taught four "Swiss Holiday Breads" classes for Americans visiting Switzerland.
