Swiss Gourmet Book Award
I'm thrilled to announce that the German language version of my second book, Sweet + Swiss, with photographer Dorian Rollin recently earned the Gold award for Dessert / Pâtisserie at the 2023 Swiss Gourmet Book Award ceremony in Zürich.

The MIAM Festival takes place this weekend in Lausanne, starting on Saturday, May 27 at 6:00 PM through Monday, May 29 until 10:00 PM. Around 50 food stands and food trucks at the Place de la Riponne! Organized by Lausanne à Table.

FRIBOURG has been selected as the Ville du Goût 2023. The annual Semaine du Goût will not take place until September 14-24, 2023. However, you can start participating in a number of culinary events from now until October in the city of Fribourg.
MARMITE CHEF'S TABLE: From June 6 to July 1, Chef Laurent Eperon will be cooking at the Marmite Chef's Table in Zürich, from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch or dinner.
