Marmite Chef's Table
Marmite magazine is currently hosting Laurent Eperon for its Chef's Table pop-up restaurant until July 1, 2023.
Most recently, Eperon served as the executive chef at Zürich's Hotel Baur au Lac (2 Michelin stars). At Marmite's foodlab, he's preparing a 5-course menu for lunch and dinner with wine pairing, Tuesday through Saturday. You can make reservations online. CHF 349 per person.
